This wine is also part of the ‘Limited Edition‘ wine series, which offers of single-varietal wines that are addressed mostly to wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs. Conclusion: this is a wine in its prime form that is definitely ready to drink now or in the next 6 months, as its body profile displays encouraging signs of age worthiness. This wine has many similarities with a warm climate sauvignon blanc wine, as it has mouth-watering acidity and a lovely texture, that makes it a wonderful food wine. We would recommend to pair this wine with grilled oysters with lemon-garlic butter or a soft cheese board. Cheers!
